This site provides open access to Florida Legal History: An Annotated Bibliography and Studies in Florida Legal History.
The Bibliography is an ongoing effort, updated periodically, by M.C. Mirow, Marisol Floren, and A.B. Mirow. It compiles and comments on books, articles, and other materials related to the states legal history from pre-European contact to the present. The editors welcome suggestions for additions to the bibliography.
Studies in Florida Legal History contains student papers, articles, and source-finding materials. Item to the series are added when available. The editor of the series, M.C. Mirow, welcomes submissions for posting.
